​Recipe's for the whole family to enjoy!

Who wants a SMOOTHIE!

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 cups chopped kale - no stems
  • ​1/2 banana
  • ​1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Prepare as follows:

  • Place all ingredients into a nutribullet or blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth.

Kale  Apple Smoothie

Office Locations

  • 3/4 c chopped kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 c apple juice

Prepare as follows:

  • Chop kale and discard the stems
  • Cut celery & banana into 1/2" pieces
  • Add  ice cubes then the rest of the ingredients minus juice into a nutribullet or blender
  • Pour apple juice over all
  • Blend and enjoy.  Makes one juice.
